I’m Paul Longshore, the proud owner of Embrace Management.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I launched a sales and marketing agency as I wanted to help others hit their goals and also be able to help individuals become better versions of themselves. 

I have been in this business for nearly twelve years, and during that time, there has been constant change and development within the company. As a growing business, we are always working to improve in any and every way possible. 

What sets us apart from other agencies is that we embrace the negatives to find solutions. Also, we train people so well that they can leave, but treat them so well they don’t want to leave!

As a business owner, I love being able to work with people every day. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, and I find that incredibly enjoyable. The most rewarding aspect of owning my business is the ability to work towards not only my goals but to help other people work towards hitting their goals as well. 

The drive to constantly improve and learn from situations around me is the main reason the business has succeeded within a short span of time.   

When I’m not assisting clients, my favorite past time includes reading and going on long walks with my dog. I also support organizations that fight against human sex trafficking. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
